Manage and grow Mid-Market accounts for Vonage's API/CPaaS solutions across the AMER region. Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sales upsell, present product value to stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, Customer Success), and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Drive new business acquisition for Vonage API and CPaaS solutions across the U.S. mid-market. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through closing, post-sales expansion, and forecasting. Present value-based solutions to executives and technical stakeholders, coordinate Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, and develop cloud communications opportunities with digital and software companies.

Design, develop, and implement enterprise AEM applications using Java, HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, and related technologies. Build multilingual, multisite, and multichannel publishing solutions; configure AEM Cloud Service, Dispatcher, and deployment pipelines; integrate CRM, analytics, and headless APIs; optimize performance and security; conduct code reviews; mentor developers; and participate in Agile delivery. The role also involves modernization, testing, CI/CD, and applying AI coding assistants to improve software development productivity.

Lead technical design and delivery of AEM-based architectures, guide engineering teams, integrate Adobe suite and third-party systems, implement Adobe Target A/B tests, define caching/security/CDN strategies, manage deployments and migrations, and provide ongoing technical support to business and marketing stakeholders.

Lead market discovery, incubate a 12–36 month pipeline, and build strategic partnerships to launch Network Powered Solutions. Validate use cases, run pilots, engage C-level stakeholders, and coordinate product and sales transitions to drive long-term revenue growth.
