Serves as the automation and controls subject matter expert in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Deploys, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains automation hardware, software, PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and process-control systems. Develops and modifies control programs, integrates new equipment, maintains backups and documentation, evaluates technology, supports procurement, and trains personnel. Ensures system security, operational stability, efficiency, and alignment with plant KPIs.

Coordinates graphic design and lithography preparation projects from concept through production. Designs and adapts artwork using Adobe and Esko systems, manages graphic files, develops style sheets and color specifications, identifies customer artwork issues, and collaborates with customers, sales, production, and internal teams. Supports presentations, quality improvements, software testing, project timeline updates, and implementation of graphics aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
