Lead strategy, delivery, and improvement of enterprise systems supporting property management operations. Build and coach a high-performing systems team, oversee Tier 3 support, manage implementations/migrations/integrations, set KPIs, partner with business leaders, drive change management, mitigate risks, and standardize documentation and processes.

Support property marketing for an assigned portfolio: develop and execute marketing plans, analyze leasing and marketing performance, report KPIs, train onsite teams, run campaigns to drive traffic and referrals, and create 30-60-90 plans for underperforming properties.

Oversee operations for a portfolio of housing communities, managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, risk management, and compliance. Provide leadership, training, budgeting, marketing strategy, vendor oversight, and emergency response. Travel to properties for inspections, coaching, and reporting (approx. 25-50%).
