LincolnIT is seeking a Level 1 Desktop Engineer with 3-5 years of IT experience. Responsibilities include configuring devices, troubleshooting network issues, and providing application support. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Application Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting business applications, including Office 365, Box, Zoom, Adobe, and OneDrive. They provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. The engineer also evaluates and recommends new collaboration tools to improve productivity. A minimum of 3 years of experience in administering and managing collaboration tools is required. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Teams, Box, OneDrive, and other collaboration software are necessary. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Provide level 2 and 3 support for users with messaging issues in an Exchange O365 hybrid environment. Create and update documentation. Recommend and initiate appropriate changes for streamlining messaging related user interfaces. Liaison between Exchange messaging team and Service Desk management.
