The Junior DoN Financial Analyst will work with project management teams to secure funding for clients, manage funding efficiently, provide analytical support for requirements development, and attend meetings for on-site support as needed.

The FMS Program Analyst supports NAVSEA’s Director for Surface Ship Maintenance and Modernization, managing Security Assistance Programs and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. Responsibilities include drafting documentation, conducting research for P&A, preparing briefs and reports, and supporting case implementation and execution.

Provides technical and analytical support within multiple disciplines including system infrastructure operations of administration, analysis, engineering, and design. Analyzes and evaluates major system project parameters and requirements. Supports the execution of Naval Warfare Systems Certification Policy and the development and deployment of warfare systems for the U.S. Navy Surface Ships.
