As a full-time LADC counselor at Wayside, you will manage a caseload of women with co-occurring disorders, providing individual and group counseling services, assessments, treatment planning, and maintaining records. You will also facilitate educational groups, communicate with referral sources, and assist with resource referrals and crisis interventions, all while adhering to ethical standards and guidelines.

The Director of Development at Wayside Recovery Center will manage the full life cycle of grants, set and achieve fundraising goals, track fundraising metrics, cultivate relationships with funders, and lead a small development team. They will also oversee corporate relations and represent the Development Department at meetings.
