Lead and manage a global process engineering team supporting new product development and sustaining production. Design and improve manufacturing processes for electromechanical products, develop equipment specifications, support new product launches, transfer processes to global make sites, reduce cycle time and defects, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and provide sustaining support to production lines.

Manage purchase orders and supplier follow-ups, maintain procurement records, develop dashboards and KPIs, ensure data governance across procurement systems, support tool deployments, lead data transformation activities, and identify process automation and analytics opportunities to improve procurement performance.

The Site Sourcing Leader manages purchase orders, collaborates with suppliers, tracks metrics to reduce costs, and develops contingency plans for supply continuity.

Design and develop sensors and high-voltage automotive electrical components from concept to mass production. Lead electrical/hardware development, automate lab measurement setups, support sensor calibration and firmware, define test and validation programs, and collaborate with cross-functional international teams and suppliers to meet automotive quality standards.

Lead and own functional safety activities across a product lifecycle: develop and execute safety plans, advise on requirements, perform and review safety analyses (D-FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, FFI), gather compliance evidence, sign off work products, and organize trainings and workshops.
