Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines and platform components to power analytics, ML, and applications. Responsibilities include managing platform conversions, integrated plans, governance, executive communications, Steering Committee decisions, risk and dependency mitigation, vendor relationships, cross-functional alignment, business readiness, data conversion, testing, cutover, training, and organizational change. The role requires extensive mortgage servicing expertise, executive presence, conflict resolution, and experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformations and PMO governance.

Leads the mortgage servicing compliance testing and quality assurance program, managing a team conducting data-driven testing and loan-level reviews. Oversees testing methodologies, reporting, issue management, remediation validation, and regulatory monitoring. Partners with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk Management, and business leaders to identify risks, assess controls, communicate findings, and drive corrective actions. Coordinates with Accounting, Cash Operations, vendors, customers, and internal teams while managing high-volume queues, exceptions, regulatory requirements, and service-level deadlines. The role also supports State Controller requests, compliance documentation, process improvements, and policy updates in an on-site mortgage servicing environment.

The Senior Compliance Analyst manages compliance issues, coordinates regulatory and agency changes, validates corrective action plans, and conducts post-implementation reviews. The role monitors remediation, maintains audit documentation, assesses regulatory impacts, updates policies and training materials, and collaborates with Legal, Risk, and business units. It requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and regulatory knowledge, especially within financial services or mortgage servicing.
