Support all rebates, claims, and collection programs in the finance department. Manage day-to-day activities related to Accounts Receivable Processes - Rebates and Claims. Responsible for analyzing distributor deductions, reconciling rebate credits, resolving disputes, and ensuring targets are met. Provide support to customers in rebate submission process and maintain office procedures.

Responsible for executing tests related to storage based products, interacting with engineering groups, identifying functional problems, and documenting procedures. Strong knowledge in Windows environment and PC hardware/software required.
