As a Senior IT Systems Engineer at Cyara, you will be responsible for deploying and managing business-critical applications, collaborating with teams to coordinate IT policies, developing and maintaining documentation, providing support services for technical issues, and assisting in system automation and integrations.

Provide 1st line IT support, troubleshoot network issues, assist end-users with hardware and software problems, manage support requests, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure, stay updated with industry trends, participate in IT projects.

Cyara is seeking a UI/UX Designer with a Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related discipline and a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in design and prototyping tools, experience creating wireframes and mock-ups, knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, familiarity with web analytics tools, excellent communication skills, and a portfolio of design projects.
