The Program Site Specialist is responsible for developing manufacturing processes, coordinating new program launches, and ensuring effective communication and maintenance planning.

Lead a materials movement team to ensure on-time shipments and receipts. Plan and coordinate freight, pickups and inventory controls, reconcile ERP transactions with physical movements, manage documentation, support cycle and physical counts, interact with carriers and suppliers, and act as Logistics Manager backup (CTPAT).

Support purchasing and supplier management: create/manage POs, track deliveries, support sourcing/RFQs, analyze costs and materials, maintain ERP data, monitor inventory, and implement/manage the division CTPAT security program including audits and portal updates.

Lead SAP integration and ERP activities to support material control, inbound/outbound logistics, MRP, and cross-functional processes. Manage SAP interfaces, EDI mapping, Business Warehouse reporting, master data, BOM/recipe changes, training, inventory cycles, and provide SAP support to production, purchasing, finance, and shipping.

Manage procurement and disposition of automotive spare and accessory parts: clarify demand, source suppliers, compare offers, negotiate prices, place orders, track deliveries, handle supplier claims, maintain SAP ERP records, and develop supplier relationships including occasional trade‑show and supplier visits.

Lead purchasing for assigned commodities and programs: negotiate supplier contracts, create POs, manage capital procurement, drive cost savings, handle supplier claims/obsolescence, attend APQP, liaise with quality and suppliers, research global sourcing, and support departmental continuous improvement.

Deploy, install, tune and provide on-site support and monitoring for AMR material-handling solutions. Troubleshoot networks and hardware, train customers, document deployments, and escalate issues to engineering and operations. Frequent travel and hands-on field work.

Oversee program-level activities for exterior automotive product lines. Requires an engineering degree, minimum 3 years in a similar role, prior automotive industry experience, strong English proficiency, and preferred certifications in Lean, PMP, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).

Coordinate and manage material supply for production using MRP/ERP systems; maintain inventory levels, coordinate suppliers and logistics, support production launches, analyze usage and lead times, negotiate costs, ensure documentation/compliance, and drive continuous improvement in material flow and planning.

Senior customer-facing leader who drives adoption and value realization of material handling solutions (SmartPick, SmartFleet, SmartFreight). Partners with customers, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to design scalable solutions, resolve adoption challenges, influence product roadmap, and mentor teams. Supports strategic accounts, contributes operational expertise, and travels to customer sites for discovery and enablement.
