Interns receive mentorship and gain practical experience building iconic brands. The internship lasts approximately three to four months.

Supports marketing operations in the Milan studio through research, presentations, internal communications, events, partnerships, awards, press releases, marketing trackers, databases, reporting, and case study coordination. The intern gathers information and assets, secures approvals, manages timelines, and supports digital content delivery. The role requires strong organization, communication, Italian and English fluency, Microsoft Office skills, initiative, multitasking, and interest in branding, design, and the creative industry.

Lead brand strategy projects for major consumer packaged goods clients, developing brand visions, growth strategies, positioning, value propositions, portfolio architectures, and breakthrough ideas. Advise senior marketing leaders, guide creative teams, lead new business pitches, build client relationships, and grow the strategy practice. Apply expertise in CPG categories, retail dynamics, innovation cycles, semiotics, shopper research, packaging, consumer insights, and distinctive brand assets while developing strategists.

Support branding and packaging projects from concept through final execution. Develop visual identities, packaging systems, brand guidelines, presentations, and design assets across physical and digital channels. Collaborate with designers, strategists, and project teams, refine work based on feedback, maintain high craft and consistency, and deliver projects on schedule.
