The ITOM Analyst IV is responsible for implementing and supporting the ServiceNow ITOM solution, specializing in event management, health log analytics, and AIOPs. They will develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party solutions, configure event management rules and remediation workflows, reduce incident volume, and support operations teams in reducing alert noise.

The Solutions Architect II is responsible for translating business requirements into solution architecture deliverables. They collaborate closely with the Architecture Community and Product Owner to ensure that business needs are understood, assessed, and translated into feasible, effective technological solutions. This is a strategic role, focusing on complex solution design across multiple projects or products. Solution Architects engage closely with stakeholders to grasp the business requirements, analyze the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, and create detailed architectural designs that address functional and non-functional requirements. The role also involves setting technical direction, mentoring other solution architects, and providing recommendations to product owners and business leadership.
