Designs and governs enterprise integration architectures using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Translates business and technical requirements into scalable APIs, integration patterns, data flows, and technical designs. Establishes architecture standards, reviews code and integrations, assesses security, performance, reliability, and maintainability, and supports planning and risk management. Coaches MuleSoft developers, leads architecture reviews, and documents integration decisions and technical standards.

Provide remote, part-time operational support and administration for Oracle Siebel CRM: monitor platform health, manage user access, perform deployments and repository migrations, investigate incidents and root causes, provision environments, and coordinate with DBA/OS/Network/Infrastructure and vendor teams for escalations and releases.

Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and test cases (functional, regression, performance). Promote QA best practices, work in Agile teams, participate in ceremonies, and share QA knowledge across squads.

Lead AI-driven IT projects from concept to delivery: plan and govern project execution, manage risks and progress, coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, implement automation and intelligent agents, and report to executives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Lead cryptography and data protection initiatives: define security requirements and strategies, assess risks, evaluate solutions and key management, advise on anonymization and data masking, support crypto-agility and asset inventory, and share cybersecurity trends and best practices across teams.

Operate and maintain Linux-based distributed systems and on-premises Kubernetes clusters. Implement automation, CI/CD, observability and logging solutions; administer relational and non-relational databases; troubleshoot and optimize production systems; support high-availability and scalability initiatives; participate in on-call rotations.

Manage settlement and reconciliation processes, investigate and resolve exceptions, perform automated and manual reconciliations, monitor data quality, produce operational reports, support incident resolution and audits, and identify process improvements to support financial operations.

Develop and maintain Java and Angular applications supporting telecommunications BSS, billing, and customer portal systems. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, building REST APIs and microservices, integrating systems, optimizing performance, participating in testing, code reviews, and deployments, and collaborating within a Scrum team. The role requires Java, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Git, Docker, and REST API expertise. Telecom, billing systems, CI/CD, messaging, automated testing, and secure application experience are advantageous.
