Job Description

As part of the development of the Industry sector team, we are looking to strengthen the team. You will participate in on both client activities as internal activities supporting the growth of our Industry sector team within Inetum Consulting:

• The implementation of projects to improve operational performance,
• Digital maturity assessments
• Strategic planning and optimization of business processes,
• The establishment of master plans,
• Support for the implementation of information systems,
• Collaborate with the local and global industry teams in developing new offerings,
• Participate in pre-sales activities related to the industry sector

Qualifications

You hold a master degree from engineering or business school with 5 to 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or gained within a consulting firm focused on Industrial Operations Excellence.

You have actively participated in cross-functional projects to improve industrial performance, which you have successfully led.

Your experience, skills, and communication abilities allow you to manage project teams at our key clients.

Your ability to propose solutions enables you to assert yourself on high-value-added business topics with Industrial and General Management.

Your sense of initiative and risk-taking will allow you to play a key role in the development of our activities with our clients and prospects and will be a valuable asset for your growth within the Inetum Group.

Your interest in ERP tools, MES solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies is a differentiating plus.

You are fluent in Dutch or French and English and proficient in Dutch or French at least professionally, allowing you to conduct workshops in an international environment.
