Signature Payments is looking for a Channel Manager to build the high-risk channel and increase sales referral accounts. Responsibilities include outbound calls, developing business, maintaining customer relations, negotiating pricing, and working on sales strategy for specific channels. Requires 3 years of sales experience in the Payment Processing Industry and working in high-risk sales channels.

Oversee and implement processes for resolving retrieval requests and chargeback disputes. Lead and develop a team of Chargeback Analysts, provide strategic insights to leadership, and ensure compliance with card brand regulations. Manage operational practices, risk strategy, and automation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional team members and handle urgent escalations. Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience and strong understanding of Card Brand chargeback guidelines required.

Remote Inside Sales Representative responsible for turning warm leads into sales, using effective closing techniques, and maintaining integrity in merchant agreements. Fluent in English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with Salesforce CRM required.
