Create, maintain, and publish accurate 2D plan-view and 3D CAD symbol graphics from engineering drawings and product specifications. Manage CAD content, follow standards and workflows, test and validate CAD Pack releases, support distribution platforms, troubleshoot content issues, collaborate with team members, and assist junior designers.

Lead development and maintenance of advanced, configurable Revit/BIM content for MillerKnoll product lines. Ensure accuracy, performance, interoperability (including CET Designer), define standards, improve workflows, translate product rules into parametric families, provide technical direction, coach other designers, and collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams.

Support B2B e-commerce growth by assisting prospecting, lead qualification, account onboarding, CRM maintenance, reporting, and analytics. Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives, participate in stakeholder meetings, and identify opportunities to expand accounts.

Drive growth of DWR's Trade & Hospitality B2B business by building relationships with designers, hospitality groups and developers; prospecting and managing pipeline; coordinating trade programs, events and showroom activations; preparing proposals and sales materials; tracking KPIs; supporting account management and cross-functional collaboration; and representing the brand at industry events.
