Own recurring and ad-hoc analytics, translate cross-functional data into actionable insights, define dashboard and platform requirements, support governance and oversight frameworks, engage senior stakeholders, and pilot AI tools to streamline analysis and reporting.

Hands-on role supporting hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure for the US region. Maintain Azure/M365, multi-forest Active Directory, servers, desktops, networks, datacenters, and security tooling. Troubleshoot incidents, provide escalation support, manage changes, perform root-cause analysis and problem management, produce documentation, and collaborate with business units and global IT teams to ensure availability and compliance.

Supports PMO programs and projects by eliciting requirements, developing specifications and documentation, conducting current-state and gap analyses, tracking risks and dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting UAT and change management. Maintains project governance materials, portfolio reporting, benefits tracking, and PMO templates. Partners with Program Managers and business and technology teams across transformation initiatives.

Supports commercial sales by following up and converting leads, assisting with proposals and submissions, coordinating documentation, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role works with regional offices, insurers, and stakeholders to bind new risks efficiently, meet revenue targets, and provide strong customer service.
