Provides administrative support to the hotel engineering department, including filing, copying, telephone response, maintenance-call logging, calendar management, translation, meeting attendance, and preparation of meeting minutes. The intern communicates with duty engineers and coordinates appointments with contractors and vendors. Requires strong HR leadership, financial acumen, interpersonal skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, KPI analysis, dashboards, data governance, financial modeling, and scenario analysis. Partners with Finance and business teams to improve forecasting accuracy, automate reporting, resolve data discrepancies, and support strategic initiatives and special projects.

Controls and analyzes hotel food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, transfers, returns, waste, labor standards, and budget performance. Prepares daily, month-to-date, and month-end reports; maintains menu engineering, recipe costing, POS coding, house-charge records, and stock controls. Works closely with Finance, Food and Beverage, Purchasing, and culinary teams to ensure accurate accounting, compliance, profitability, and timely issue resolution.

Supports global property finance process management, outsourcing governance, accounting compliance, budgeting, forecasting, systems implementation, and process standardization. The role monitors service-level KPIs, improves accounting workflows, provides financial reporting and actionable insights, supports property teams and outsourcing partners, and contributes to cross-functional projects. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required, along with hospitality accounting experience and occasional travel.

Supports Operations Finance through accounting process standardization, automation, governance, outsourcing oversight, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven insights across global hotel properties. The role drives adoption of financial tools and procedures, monitors service-level KPIs, supports systems and policy implementation, provides property and stakeholder support, and contributes to cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Occasional travel and a hybrid schedule in Miami are required.

Analyzes hotel labor costs and standards to support profitability, producing daily, payroll-period, and monthly labor reports. Investigates variances, overtime, sick pay, staffing levels, and accrued payroll; supports departmental labor budgeting and scheduling setup. The role also processes accounts payable invoices, prepares checks, reconciles records, transfers charges, maintains files, and assists with inventory activities.

Supports the hotel’s IT department by maintaining critical property systems, servers, networks, Active Directory, communications infrastructure, security tools, backups, and user accounts. Provides 24/7 troubleshooting and technical support to hotel guests, staff, conference services, and administrative users. Assists with technology implementations, system upgrades, vendor management, documentation, disaster recovery, and compliance with corporate IT standards and service requirements.

Supports daily hotel IT operations, infrastructure, applications, networks, servers, PMS, POS, telephony, and guest connectivity. Provides technical support to employees, guests, and meeting organizers; administers Active Directory and access controls; assists with upgrades, cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, audits, vendors, documentation, budgeting, and property-wide technology projects. Requires occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
