Lead and operate resort technology systems, oversee projects, cybersecurity, data governance and analytics, manage vendors and technology teams, and drive innovation to enhance guest and employee experiences.

Manage accounts payable processes including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, petty cash and expense reports, maintain vendor and purchase records, prepare accrual journal entries, assist month-end close and support finance leadership.

Provide strategic financial leadership for the hotel, overseeing accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, audits, compliance, and financial analysis. Partner with the General Manager to drive performance, manage risk, evaluate capital projects, and lead the finance team to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance for multi-user systems and PCs, manage help desk tickets, create/delete user accounts, maintain virtual servers, networking, antivirus, and web filtering. Support O365/Azure and Windows 10/11, hospitality systems (PMS, POS, Saflok), printers and mobile devices; coordinate vendors, inventory software/hardware, assist purchasing when needed, respond on-call and in emergencies.

Support daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, period-end closings, invoice verification, payments, charge allocations, and maintenance of audit-ready records in compliance with Four Seasons policies and local regulations.

Lead property-wide learning strategy and deliver training programs (orientation, service, leadership, compliance). Manage and deploy trainers and external vendors, perform Learning Needs Analyses, create training plans and budgets, run change initiatives, enforce Four Seasons standards through testing, and support HR functions including recruitment, events, and health & safety.

Support day-to-day People & Culture operations including onboarding and offboarding, HRIS transactions and employee records, benefits and policy inquiries, recruitment coordination, engagement initiatives, compliance support, HR reporting and payroll documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and partnering with managers and Talent Acquisition.
