Lead and manage a Perth-based team of Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to drive high-quality workers compensation and personal injury claims outcomes, oversee triage and workload allocation, manage complex escalations and stakeholder relationships, ensure legislative and contractual compliance, identify performance risks, and foster team development and culture.

Provide legal advice and manage complex workers' compensation and common law claims for EML's Self-Insured Business Unit. Oversee litigation and WorkCover WA dispute resolution (conciliation/arbitration), partner with external counsel, represent EML in proceedings, monitor case law, contribute to portfolio reviews, and undertake legal projects to support claims teams and policy holders.

Provide technical support and advice to claims Case Managers on Victorian workers compensation law and WorkSafe Victoria guidelines; coach teams, review practices, develop strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and manage stakeholder relationships to meet performance and service targets.

Provide specialist advice and quality assurance for workers' compensation claims, ensuring legislative compliance, accurate work capacity decisions, and improved claims outcomes. Conduct file audits, review entitlement and assessment decisions, analyse trends, coach claims teams, collaborate with legal and stakeholders, and support audit/remediation and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen consistent, customer-focused claims management.

Manage a portfolio of non-significant workers compensation claims: review and analyse claims, develop and monitor Claims Management Plans, forecast and implement return-to-work strategies, and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies to achieve timely, durable RTW outcomes.
