Act as primary customer contact for assigned large accounts to drive growth of CSA Group services. Develop account strategies, identify upsell opportunities, prepare proposals, manage sales processes, coordinate internal teams for seamless delivery, maintain CRM records, and report on sales activity and customer engagement.

Prospect and establish new account relationships within an assigned territory to meet sales targets. Support new service launches and channel strategies with minimal supervision.
