Maintain system health, availability, and performance; respond to incidents; troubleshoot issues; collaborate with development and operations teams on improvements; document response and maintenance procedures; and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Supports daily financial operations through cost and expense processing, corporate card review, invoice validation, quarterly expense reporting, period-end close support, financial reporting preparation, and payroll transaction verification. The role requires strong spreadsheet, financial statement, analytical, and communication skills, with Ukrainian fluency and intermediate English. It also assists with accurate accounting records, policy compliance, budgeting, payments control, and financial analysis.
