Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can drive the full delivery lifecycle of our games - from concept to production release and post-launch support.

• 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management (preferably in GameDev or iGaming);
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (designers, artists, developers, QA, etc.);
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) or the game production lifecycle;
• Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban);
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports;
• Skilled in risk identification, change management, and blocker resolution;
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions;
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English and fluent Ukrainian.
  

Will be a plus

• Background in slot games or creative production;
• Experience with Jira automation, dashboards, or delivery analytics;
• Coaching or mentoring experience;
• Continuous improvement mindset and initiative to optimize processes.
  

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery control for multiple projects within the team;
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end delivery: from initiation → development → testing → release → post-launch support;
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope and schedule;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, art, analytics) to ensure smooth collaboration;
• Maintain delivery predictability, optimize workload, and motivate the team;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide transparent updates and progress reports;
• Contribute to improving delivery processes, Jira workflows, templates, and reporting;
• Work closely with the Lead Project Manager and other PMs to align processes and share best practices.
