Lead internal and external communications for senior leadership, manage media relations and corporate reputation, oversee social media and executive thought leadership, coordinate stakeholders and agencies, support governance and compliance, and identify/manage reputational risks.

Coordinate installation of IT infrastructure components, oversee cabling activities, support server and network device configuration, and ensure compliance with project standards.

Provide onsite 1st/2nd-level IT support in Basel: resolve software, hardware, mobile and peripheral issues; troubleshoot networks, VPN, firewalls, switches and telephony; support meetings/conferencing; maintain knowledge base; train and communicate with users; escalate incidents when needed.

Provide first and second level IT support, troubleshoot incidents, and assist new employees with IT onboarding in a regulated environment.
