Supports business intelligence through monthly reporting, category and brand performance analysis, CSI insights, data integration, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. The role manages data partners, standardizes reporting practices, trains teams in effective data use, and develops category expertise. It is suited to a graduate or early-career analyst with strong analytical, communication, presentation, and commercial data skills.

Lead commercial finance support across revenue, pricing, margin, NPD, demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Partner with Sales and operational teams to analyze performance, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and drive profitable growth. Deliver month-end reporting, variance analysis, product margin insights, trade investment commentary, and balance sheet reviews while influencing non-finance stakeholders and supporting strategic projects.

Own and maintain planning master data across raw materials, production, and finished goods. Use IFS and advanced Excel to analyse information, identify issues, and support operational decisions. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and other stakeholders. Support site projects, improve planning processes, investigate root causes, implement solutions, and ensure planning activities and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Lead site engineering team to drive operational excellence, safety, and compliance. Develop and execute preventative maintenance, manage CapEx/OpEx projects, control budgets, resolve equipment-related quality issues, and coach staff for performance and succession.

Manage purchase and sales ledger transactions, process and authorise supplier invoices, reconcile supplier statements and bank deposits, resolve account queries, chase overdue customer accounts, support audits, and perform ad-hoc payments and reconciliations for the central finance team.

Own forecasting for assigned customers and products across an 18-month horizon. Review sales trends, demand drivers, promotions, and statistical forecasts; collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, production planning, and customers. Participate in IBP meetings, maintain demand planning systems, support inventory strategies, monitor service levels, and produce demand planning reports and KPIs.

Administer purchase and sales ledger activities, including processing invoices and sales transactions, resolving supplier and customer queries, reconciling statements, managing overdue accounts, processing payments, supporting audits, and reconciling bank deposits and payments. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and at least one year of finance experience.

The Demand Planner owns forecasting for assigned customers and products, maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast and statistical models. They analyze sales trends, promotions, and demand drivers; collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, production, and customers; participate in IBP meetings; produce reports and KPIs; support inventory strategies; and improve customer service and forecast accuracy.

Manage and develop key grocery retail accounts, leading commercial negotiations, pricing, joint business planning, and growth initiatives across branded and customer-specific products. Build strong customer relationships, identify market opportunities, monitor foodservice and out-of-home trends, and collaborate with marketing, category, supply chain, and NPD teams to deliver solutions and bring new products to market.

Manage and grow key grocery and high street discount accounts across branded and private-label food channels. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, joint business planning, and customer-specific growth initiatives. Build strong customer relationships, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, category, supply chain, and NPD teams to launch new ideas. Monitor foodservice and out-of-home trends while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day account management.
