Acquisition of new client relationships and development of existing client relationships for mutual funds. Selling a range of investment products to existing and potential clients. Achieving high levels of service standards and maximizing client satisfaction. Managing teams to help acquire and develop client relationships. Providing value-adding recommendations for clients.

Manage all regulatory and internal policy compliance activities in the fintech company, lead new business development, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage compliance staff, drive key projects related to licensing, stay updated on regulations, liaise with stakeholders, ensure timely reports to regulators, and conduct internal investigations of risk compliance issues.

Responsible for partner sales targets, coordinating with partner operational teams, monitoring daily activities of DSM team, and conducting target & performance reviews with clients.
