Requires higher education in Economics or Marketing, 1-2 years of marketing experience, proactivity, analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication skills, and fluency in English and Native Ukrainian.

The Controlling & Reporting Specialist, Tea actively supports budgeting, reporting, reconciliation, and financial activities in the business. The role requires computer skills, analytical skills, and knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax legislation. FMCG experience and CPA are preferred qualifications.
