Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing for recycling operations: source suppliers, run RFQs, evaluate quotes, issue and track POs, and manage vendor performance. Maintain inventory control using Maximo and Excel, perform cycle counts and physical audits, coordinate with Operations/Maintenance to prevent downtime, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Monitor and manage active transportation runs using Samsara and dispatch tools; verify pickups/deliveries; communicate with drivers, carriers, dispatch, and CSRs; resolve service exceptions and reschedule as needed; update TMS and transportation records; track KPIs and support daily execution and operational improvements.

Support planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of mechanical and industrial projects. Prepare schedules, cost estimates, RFQs/tenders, procurement, site inspections, project reporting, equipment commissioning, and regulatory approvals. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards. Travel to AIM sites in Canada and the U.S. as required.
