Supports workers' compensation claims administration by preparing and serving documentation, prioritizing diary tasks, generating new claim notifications, securing wage info, scheduling medical evaluations and vendors, submitting internal service requests, and providing ancillary support such as reception coverage. Escalates issues to management and follows regulations and company guidelines.

Drive business development and brand strategy across a Northeast territory through agency cultivation, prospecting, book transfers, and in-person visits. Monitor agency performance, develop profitability and growth plans, coordinate with Underwriting, Marketing, IT and Loss Control, gather competitor intelligence, mentor peers, and manage agency appointments, renewals and documentation. Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required.

Drive territory business development and brand strategy for workers compensation across NY, NJ, Eastern PA and New England. Build agency relationships, identify growth and profitability opportunities, coordinate with Underwriting/Marketing/IT, conduct in-person agency visits, mentor peers, track producer and agency metrics, and support renewal and new business strategies to grow profitable premium.
