The Creative Executive will develop strategic creative visions for IP partnerships and brand-supported content solutions, manage client relationships, lead internal teams, and drive new business growth at CAA.

Manage regional revenue systems and royalty lifecycles, reconcile CRM and royalty data, drive AR collection and withholding-tax documentation, execute month-end close activities, support budgeting and forecasting, and lead ad hoc finance process improvements as the embedded finance partner for local offices.

Design and evolve enterprise security architecture for a cloud-first, SaaS-enabled environment; translate Red Team findings into architectural improvements; run Purple Team exercises; threat model SaaS integrations, APIs, and identity flows; define security standards, improve detection and response, and mentor engineers on secure-by-design and Zero Trust practices.

Lead and manage entertainment brand partnership projects end-to-end: develop strategic briefs, source talent and studio opportunities, coordinate cross-functional execution, track milestones and performance, produce client presentations and workshops, and maintain stakeholder communication to ensure timely, on-brief delivery.

Support Brand Consulting Finance & Operations by tracking revenue, budgets, and aging; review finance submissions; maintain documentation; provide training and cross-functional liaison work; assist forecasting, process improvements, and day-to-day financial operations with minimal supervision.

Provide end-to-end support for international assignments, permanent transfers, business travel and remote work. Administer mobility case management, ensure tax and social security compliance, liaise with payroll and external vendors, produce mobility analytics and reports, advise employees and managers on mobility policies, and support programme improvements and territory expansion.

Lead and deliver premium Formula 1 hospitality programmes worldwide. Drive strategy, supplier coordination, budgeting, guest management and on-site execution, manage teams and client relationships, and ensure operational excellence across global race events.

Support enterprise security by conducting vendor and IT control risk assessments, coordinating security integrations (SSO, logging, secrets, alerting), producing written vendor security assessments and operational metrics, and partnering with business and IRM to ensure controls meet policy and compliance requirements.

Provide HR administrative support including processing employee data transactions in Workday, delivering new hire orientation, auditing paperwork and personnel files, managing time and attendance, coordinating HR events, producing ad hoc reports, supporting HRBPs with calendars/travel/expenses, and handling general HR policy and benefits inquiries with confidentiality and urgency.
