We are always seeking Project Management Talent at all the mid-career to executive levels for our Toronto, ON office. Specifically, we are looking for professionals who have managed large-scale commercial projects, preferably in stadium or live event/entertainment development.
Some of the key qualifications we look for in Project talent are the following:

Experience working with multiple stakeholders including owners, municipalities, vendors, etc.

Mastery of construction budgeting and scheduling

Client services skills, specifically in both written and verbal communication

Skilled at cost control and negotiation
-
Ability to forecast and troubleshoot problems as they arise
-
Demonstrated success in managing projects on time and on budget.

Large-scale commercial development experience is a must
