Drive new business by identifying target clients, presenting Toll’s logistics offerings, building relationships, delivering market feedback, and meeting sales targets. Provide strong customer service, negotiate deals, and collaborate with line management to grow revenue and promote value-added services.

Provide sales support by preparing quotes, RFQs and proposals; manage CRM and pipeline integrity; coordinate tender/pricing responses; generate sales reports and dashboards; align cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Product (Air/Ocean) and Customer Service to ensure timely responses and pricing compliance.

Support contract governance and administration for a Defence logistics portfolio: maintain contract registers and document repositories, monitor obligations and milestones, coordinate governance meetings, prepare reports and dashboards, support contract variations and approvals, and collaborate with operations, finance, procurement, legal and commercial stakeholders to ensure compliant contract delivery.

Perform warehouse inbound/outbound operations, picking, checking, loading/unloading, arranging and cycle counts. Follow 5S standards, report issues, and comply with stacking, weight, and special handling requirements.

Perform warehouse duties for Defence logistics: receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch equipment; operate forklifts and material handling equipment; use warehouse systems to manage stock; maintain safety, cleanliness and Defence compliance; collaborate with team to meet operational targets.

Provide customer relationship management, account and transaction support, product/technical assistance, stakeholder coordination, and timely issue resolution according to contracts and established processes.

Drive revenue growth for contract logistics by developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring and managing clients, preparing proposals and negotiations, coordinating with operations and marketing, tracking performance with CRM, and representing the company at industry events.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team for freight forwarding: process sales orders, verify rates, maintain customer files, liaise with operations and BDMs, follow up on POs and payments, input rates into EDI, coordinate meetings, and recommend process improvements to ensure excellent customer service.

Lead month-end and quarter-end financial close activities, prepare and analyze weekly/monthly P&L, manage GL and balance sheet reconciliations, oversee budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis, support audits and tax review, drive process improvements and ad-hoc financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Perform inbound/outbound receiving and stuffing, issue and transfer materials for production, cycle and inventory counts, QC sampling, waste disposal, and follow EHS/GMP SOPs. Report damage and assist supervisors with assigned warehouse tasks.
