The opportunity

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for open positions “non-managerial grades” , including posting job ads, reviewing applications, shortlist, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Ensure whole end to end recruiting process comply with recruiting process, policies & requirements.

  • Provide administration support to HR Managers on full spectrum of HR tasks, day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle, encompassing tasks such as onboarding documents, scheduling, offboarding logistics, and documentation management.

  • Support HR related project and ad hoc tasks assigned by managers

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Have 2+ years working experience in recruitment or a similar role

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Language proficiency: Native in Cantonese, Fluent Mandarin/ good English

  • Willing to travel when necessary
