The Level II Projects Engineer will be responsible for implementing technical projects, supporting technology remotely and in an educational environment, and communicating technical information to non-technical people. They will track hardware procurement, installation, build out, and associated activities, and provide ongoing status updates on project progress and prioritize resource allocation. They should have experience with network infrastructure implementation and support, cloud services implementation and support, Windows Server Management, virtualization, and Active Directory management. Strong written skills for communicating with clients via ticketing system are also required.
