The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Kyo will create customized treatment plans, supervise staff, conduct assessments, communicate with families about client progress, and deliver training. Responsibilities also include mentorship of Behavior Therapists and facilitating clinical or operational projects.

Provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using techniques from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), as directed by a BCBA, in home, school, and community settings. Assist clients in acquiring academic and/or appropriate life skills. Facilitate team meetings and assist with program updates.
