Develop and conduct training programs for employees and customers in aircraft installation, programming, safety, maintenance, and repair. Coordinate training with hangar personnel and maintain training records. Design and conduct training courses on various aircraft models and coordinate on-the-job training with operational departments.

Perform auditing functions for EAMS processes/procedures, coordinate with external auditors, maintain audit schedules, generate Corrective Action Reports, develop quality metrics, and provide quality reports. Requires knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and quality audit procedures.

Responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating maintenance activities for assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Coordinates with customers, manages personnel, oversees documentation, and ensures compliance with procedures. Requires 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and strong leadership skills. Preference for experience in regional aircraft and customer/vendor relations.
