The SOC Security Specialist at EcoVadis is responsible for managing the Security Operations Center (SOC) global functions and operations, monitoring incidents, managing cyber-intelligence capabilities, and ensuring security event monitoring and response. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen the SOC function and enhance security operations.

Interact with EcoVadis customers to provide exemplary service, answer questions, and assist with platform usage. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the EcoVadis platform and practices. Capture insights to improve customer experience. Fluent in English and French required.
