Assist sales teams in developing relationships with regional clients, understanding client needs, preparing technical and commercial offers, defining growth strategies, and improving processes. As a Digital Integrated Circuit Developer, you'll be responsible for processing requirements documentation, developing design architecture, creating RTL modules, technical project documentation, testing and verifying designs, and participating in project evaluation and discussions.

Ensure products are tested in the right quality and quantity as per standardized work instructions. Trigger technicians/engineers for non-conformities, perform conversion inspections, participate in change over meetings, maintain individual workstation cleanliness, carry out production checklists, participate in the Production Suggestion System, follow ESD procedures, check poka-yoke, and utilize the Andon System for deviations. Requires 1-2 years of manufacturing experience and SPM qualification. Must have good teamwork, communication skills, and knowledge of BPS tools, Poka-Yoke, and Standardized work.
