Job Description

• Leading and managing the quality engineering function to ensure the highest standards of quality across our products and processes.
• Developing and implementing advanced quality control systems and processes to monitor and maintain product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Utilizing advanced statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for quality improvement, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure comprehensive root cause analysis, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to address complex quality issues, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless integration of quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Playing a key role in customer complaint resolution, ensuring effective investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of robust corrective actions to address quality concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to the development and review of product and process specifications, ensuring alignment with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and promoting best practices in quality management and engineering.
• Support to the quality management systems in internal or external audits.
• Supports the implementation of corporate and divisional procedures (CDQ’s, AAPD’s).
