Support the European Liquid Credit Research team covering leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. Build and maintain financial models, analyze financial statements and credit terms, perform due diligence and relative-value analysis, prepare credit papers for Investment Committee, and conduct industry and third-party research while collaborating with senior analysts and the U.S. team.

Perform and review cash and security reconciliations, record investment transactions, prepare cash management reports, resolve complex breaks and overdrafts, monitor deadlines, recommend process improvements, guide analysts, and support reporting, control enhancements, and implementation projects for institutional portfolios.

Monitor and communicate investment risks across fixed-income and derivatives portfolios, assess new and existing portfolio risks, analyze data for risk trends, present findings to stakeholders, develop risk analysis methods, assemble high‑quality presentations, lead projects, and mentor risk analysts.

Serve as a trusted operational partner to portfolio managers and traders, providing expert support for trading activities, market onboarding, and investment operations. Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve complex product/technology issues, coordinate with business, ops, and external partners, and support new product and market launches to improve front-office efficiency and client outcomes.

Support Japan fund administration and oversight by analyzing accounting and operational data, investigating exceptions, coordinating with service providers and custodians, preparing operational reports, maintaining process documentation, supporting audits and business continuity, monitoring controls and risks, and identifying process improvements to ensure accurate reporting and scalable operations.

Responsible for day-to-day mutual fund expense management, TER monitoring, expense analysis, regulatory and internal reporting, reconciliations, controls, and exception management. Support automation and process improvement using Power BI, Alteryx, Excel/VBA, and AI tools while preparing MIS, dashboards, and supporting regulatory initiatives.

Serve as the technical-business liaison for Franklin Equity, designing and building Power BI reporting, automating workflows with Python, supporting AI adoption, partnering with tech and vendors (FactSet/Bloomberg), and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve research, portfolio management, and operations.

Lead research, construction, and day-to-day management of Alternative Risk Premia strategies. Own signal research, portfolio construction, risk management, trade implementation across cash and derivatives, performance attribution, and oversee quantitative researchers. Collaborate with traders, PMs, risk, operations, and client teams to scale systematic multi-asset strategies.
