The Technical Project Manager ensures the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, manages client expectations, coordinates internal teams, addresses risks, and implements process improvements.

Partner with product managers, stakeholders and clients to gather, document and decompose technical and functional requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Create artefacts (process flows, gap analyses, traceability matrices), support UAT, update user guides, and collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and influence technical solutions.

Lead and grow the Product Globalization team, own feature intake, discovery, PRD/FSD standards, and UAT incident triage. Lead and deliver complex enterprise digital projects end-to-end. Manage sprints, risks, dependencies, stakeholders and budgets, review designs and user stories, and ensure alignment of technical deliverables to business goals.

Lead Coates' global McDonald's account: manage and develop the account team, build senior stakeholder relationships, own commercial negotiations and contract governance, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and profitability, introduce new products, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive growth and consistency across markets.

Lead design and delivery of scalable data architecture and pipelines. Build, maintain and optimise ETL/data infrastructure, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, ensure data quality and performance, and adopt modern data engineering practices and tools to enable trusted, business-ready datasets.

Develop and maintain statistically driven and consensus-based demand forecasts across North America, integrating sales pipeline, rollout schedules, and seasonality. The Solution Architect is responsible for the end-to-end design of solutions, ensuring alignment with technology strategy and governance standards while engaging with stakeholders and guiding engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
