Work with external data partners to acquire and maintain index and market data, manage the index catalogue, resolve metadata gaps, document processes, and support Benchmark, ETF, ESG and Alternative data using Excel and basic data analysis tools.

Manage regional EDM pipeline operations, ensuring service delivery, KPI adherence, incident governance, controls and audit readiness. Lead teams, oversee data quality and intraday SLAs, handle stakeholder escalations, drive handovers and continuous improvement, and support reporting, capacity planning, and operational standards.

Lead end-to-end global recruitment, partner with business leaders on workforce planning, build proactive talent pipelines and talent mapping, provide market intelligence and recruitment analytics, manage agency relationships, drive TA process improvements and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Manage third-party data provider authorization requests, maintain accurate permissions and usage records, produce usage reports, manage client IDs and account access, liaise with data providers and clients, and support process improvements across the Permissions function.

Manage and grow assigned financial-data client accounts, oversee data feed workloads, advise on feed requirements, run service reviews, act as escalation point for second-line feed management, and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams.
