Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Head of PDT Manufacturing and leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, event coordination, travel arrangements, document and correspondence preparation, stakeholder communication, expense reporting, purchase order and payment support, onboarding, and process improvement. The role requires confidentiality, sound judgment, strong organization, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Leads executive communications and thought leadership for Takeda’s U.S. Business Unit President and U.S. Country Head. Develops integrated internal and external communications strategies, advises senior executives, creates speeches and multimedia content, manages media and speaking opportunities, translates complex healthcare and business topics, equips leaders as storytellers, and measures communications effectiveness. The role also drives AI-powered communications innovation and stakeholder engagement.

Owns the strategic vision, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and business value of Takeda’s AI-native discovery automation and robotics product family. Leads cross-functional teams across scientific, digital, data, computational, automation, and technology functions; defines AI-enabled laboratory workflows; prioritizes investments; guides platform and integration choices; manages stakeholders and external partners; and drives measurable improvements in laboratory throughput, data quality, scientific impact, and operating efficiency.

Provides engineering support for plant utility systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, water systems, compressed air, and process gases. Troubleshoots issues, improves reliability and efficiency, supports maintenance, capital projects, commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement, and coordinates contractors and vendors. The role also supports energy and water reduction, sustainability initiatives, regulatory compliance, and 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Supervise production-area employees at a plasma donation center, monitor training and recertification, review quality records, coordinate onboarding, support hiring, enforce safety and quality standards, address donor and employee concerns, coach staff, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.

Leads Takeda’s global communications insights and metrics capability, converting external stakeholder, media, policy, societal, reputational, and employee engagement signals into executive-ready intelligence. Builds narrative intelligence programs, dashboards, metrics, early-warning mechanisms, governance processes, and AI-enabled decision-support tools. Partners with senior leaders, analytics, data, digital, and technology teams to support strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, emerging-issue response, and governance effectiveness.

Leads resource utilization, budget governance, consulting vendor management, and cross-functional organizational processes within Takeda’s Global Communications & Governance organization. Develops dashboards and analytics, identifies capability gaps, drives process improvements, supports stakeholder engagement, and manages strategic projects. Partners with HR, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to oversee contracts, vendors, performance, and risk while delivering data-driven recommendations and operational excellence in a global, fast-paced environment.

Leads enterprise communications strategy and integration across Global Communications & Governance. Develops annual and long-range plans, aligns stakeholders, facilitates executive planning, establishes strategic frameworks, monitors KPIs, conducts benchmarking, and advises senior leaders. Drives high-priority initiatives, improves governance and execution, and provides data-driven recommendations to advance organizational priorities.

Achieve pharmaceutical sales targets across assigned territories and hospitals, build relationships with healthcare professionals, develop new clinic and hospital accounts, support product launches and promotional events, prepare sales plans and forecasts, and collaborate with marketing to develop key opinion leaders and execute customer and congress activities.

Leads Takeda’s global media relations, issues management, crisis communications, reputation strategy, and external stakeholder engagement. Oversees enterprise frameworks, governance, preparedness, executive counsel, spokesperson training, media relationships, measurement, and global communications centers of excellence. Manages a distributed communications team and partners with Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Legal, Investor Relations, and business leaders to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.
