Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, test plans, and scripts for customer-facing applications. Lead telemetry, observability, and platform analytics for PlayStation Portal: define telemetry strategy, design data collection SDKs, build metrics/events/traces pipelines and analytics platforms, create dashboards and automated reporting, integrate telemetry into CI/CD, and collaborate with engineering, QE, security, and infrastructure to improve platform performance and reliability.

Design and implement technical AI governance frameworks for generative and agentic AI systems. Assess ethical, safety, security, and sociotechnical risks; evaluate architectures, data flows, permissions, tool integrations, and human oversight; and develop practical mitigations and controls. Partner with engineering, product, legal, security, and business teams to embed responsible AI practices, conduct red teaming and risk assessments, support regulatory alignment, and advance AI literacy across the organization.

Develop and maintain Python-based automated tests for PlayStation peripherals, firmware, and platform features. Perform integration testing across PlayStation 5, PlayStation Portal, and Windows; improve test frameworks and infrastructure; troubleshoot flaky or slow tests; and collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to ensure coverage.

Leads large, complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through delivery, defining success metrics, managing risks, aligning stakeholders, and improving execution. Advises senior leaders using business and KPI data, scales delivery frameworks and operating mechanisms, mentors program managers, and drives organizational effectiveness across distributed teams and regions.

Leads strategic portfolio management for PlayStation, establishing standards, governance, intake and prioritization processes. Develops portfolio analytics, reporting, resource capacity models, and executive communications. Coordinates interdependencies across programs, supports change management, and facilitates governance to align initiatives with business priorities, schedules, resources, and measurable outcomes. The role requires influencing leaders in a complex matrixed environment and continuously improving portfolio management practices.

Leads PlayStation’s global influencer planning framework across games, hardware, services, sponsorships, and brand campaigns. Defines audience and creator strategies, portfolio prioritization, investment recommendations, global-local planning models, measurement frameworks, and operating processes. Partners with Brand, Media, Studios, Social, PR, Analytics, agencies, and local markets to translate cultural insights and campaign learnings into strategic recommendations. Builds scalable tools, templates, and AI-enabled workflows while advising senior leadership.
