Lead and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, S and C corporations. Provide tax consulting, prepare audit responses, conduct high-level research, manage client engagements and teams, develop staff, pursue business development and extended services, and stay current on tax law and training.

Design, build, and validate data models and transformation pipelines in Microsoft Fabric. Create and maintain Power BI semantic models and enable self-service reporting. Translate stakeholder needs into analytics solutions, enforce governance and modeling standards, use Git for version control, and support testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end Rillet ERP implementations for mid-market clients: gather requirements, configure the platform, run testing and UAT, migrate data, train finance teams, build integrations and reports, manage project scope/timeline/budget, and help scale the internal Rillet delivery model and best practices.

The Audit Manager will oversee client engagements, manage workflows, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role includes team leadership, client interaction, and practice development, while also mentoring less experienced professionals.
