Responsible for providing 1:1 instruction to clients, assisting in skill acquisition, data collection, and supervision of clinical staff. Conduct and oversee ABA programs, supervise behavior therapists, develop treatment plans, provide training, and monitor client progress.

Kyo is seeking BCBAs to join their team nationwide. The BCBAs will work with clients to create customized treatment plans and target meaningful skills. They will also supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors, conduct assessments, and provide direct therapy to clients. The BCBAs will deliver training, attend client and staff meetings, and ensure efficacious development of programs.

Provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using techniques from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in home, school, and community settings.

Provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using techniques from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills, utilize company-provided iPad for data collection, communicate with team members and clients' families, participate in team meetings and staff training, provide training and support to clinical staff, assist with drafting reports, facilitate team meetings, assist with designing treatment programs.
