The General Manager oversees all aspects of the Location/Property Management at either a single unit or multi-unit complexed locations in accordance with Convene’s vision, mission and values. Responsibilities include directing, implementing, and maintaining the Service, AV/Technology, Event Operations, and Culinary philosophy to ensure 100% client satisfaction, coaching and developing employees, maintaining cleanliness and physical state of spaces, attending meetings, controlling service equipment, building client relationships, and driving impactful financial decisions.

The Senior Sales Manager will drive business opportunities to the meetings sales team, manage key accounts, and work collaboratively with various teams within the organization to maximize revenue and drive growth.

Responsible for overseeing Events, Conference Services, Cleaning, and Maintenance teams to ensure high standards of client care. Manage personnel, client care, financial aspects, and general operations of the venue. Must be available for weekend and evening work on a rotational basis.
