The Loss Mitigation Specialist III is responsible for establishing contact, communicating, and negotiating with borrowers, investors, and real estate agents to resolve at-risk mortgages. They review, counter, and approve loss mitigation deals, minimize loss due to foreclosure, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Review and quality control residential real estate appraisals, underwrite mortgage lending collateral, and provide support to team lead and manager. Perform vendor management, cross-functional support, and other job responsibilities as needed. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Management, Business, or Finance preferred. Minimum 6 years of valuation experience with certifications as a Real Estate Appraiser. Strong analytical, communication, time management, and organizational skills required.
