Lead all community operations including staff recruiting, training, performance management, leasing (35% responsibility), budgeting, marketing, vendor contracting, property inspections, and resident satisfaction. Ensure financial and occupancy goals are met while overseeing routine capital projects and coordinating with maintenance and construction services.
