Business Systems Analyst supporting treasury and investment finance systems. Partners with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to define requirements, document workflows and data models, implement system enhancements, manage integrations and banking-platform onboarding, coordinate user acceptance testing, and resolve production issues. Serves as the primary compliance officer for Bain Capital’s Private Credit platform, overseeing BDC, registered fund, private fund, and adviser compliance programs. Responsibilities include designing and testing policies, reviewing transactions, preparing board reports, managing regulatory examinations, overseeing service providers, reviewing communications, and advising investment, finance, legal, and operations teams. The role requires independent program ownership, regulatory expertise, board interaction, and leadership of initiatives and junior staff.

Lead fund accounting oversight, investor reporting, and operational finance for Tech Opportunities. Review quarterly NAVs, financial statements, fees, valuations, and cash flows. Manage third-party fund administrator and year-end audit, support deal teams and Investor Relations, respond to LP requests, analyze portfolio company financials, and drive reporting automation and process improvements.

The Payroll Associate processes multi-state bi-weekly payrolls, manages payroll accounts, reconciles journal entries, and assists HR and Finance teams with projects and audits.

Support Private Credit finance operations including fund accounting, investor reporting, NAV, management fee and carried interest reviews, capital calls/distributions, audit coordination, analytical reviews of financial statements, and fundraising/investor information requests while assisting the CFO.
